Please let me know how can i get balance which i can use to buy stocks in delivery

I get this error message when i try to put order
Your order has been rejected due to Insufficient Funds. Available funds - Rs. 80776.78 . You require Rs. 119511.80 funds to execute this order.
Actual balance it is showing is
Please do something about it. Because of this order is getting rejected

Its very simplethis api should return correct value

It should return correct value for available funds, without pledging.
