Publisher JS plugin not working in android webview

Hello,
I try to use Publisher JS plugin in android for that I create a webpage and add Publisher js code on this page.

It working on webpage but when is use this page in android webview it not work.

I think instated of open pop window if Publisher JS open webpage it will work.

is there any setting for pop window off in Publisher JS
