I have a query

To get Historical Candlestick OHLCV data 5Min, Hourly Daily Static IP required or not?

As per SEBI Guidelines order placement and modification static IP is necessary.

But I have no static IP address. From April I cannot use Smart API and using other Indian Brokers API to get these 5min, hourly , 4H and 1D OHLCV data

Can anybody help ?
