We are facing an issue where order status updates are not being sent to my configured Postback URL.

Here are the details of my setup and testing:

Client ID: RISO1031

API Key: Btndl3ny

Order Placement: Orders are being placed successfully using same API key and python SDK.

Troubleshooting already completed:

Endpoint Reachability: Tested the Postback URL via Postman using a POST request, and it returns an immediate HTTP 200 OK.

Logs Check: Checked server access logs during API order execution. No incoming POST request from SmartAPI servers hits my endpoint.

SSL/Security: The URL uses a valid, CA-signed HTTPS SSL certificate.

Could you please check and re-sync/enable postbacks for my account?
