<p dir="auto">Historic API not working for last 3-4 weeks. Tried sending mail but all mail id's failing for last 1 week. I used Medvedtrader and they have connected Angelone API to Medved trader and it was forking fine for more thana year.</p>
<p dir="auto">Now historic data not connecting. They could not login too. Their message,</p>

Subject: API - getCandleData errors, portal login problems....</p>
<p dir="auto">Hi,</p>
<p dir="auto">Our software connects to your API so our mutual clients can get streaming quotes, charts, etc. Has been working for years.  Now there seems to be a problem</p>
<p dir="auto">Issue 1:</p>
<p dir="auto">Client login and streaming quotes work. but getCandleData with same token/headers returns</p>
<p dir="auto">{"success":false,"message":"Invalid API Key","errorCode":"AG8004","data":""}</p>
<p dir="auto">this is for code that has previously been working fine.</p>
<p dir="auto">Based on some searching, was suggested to regenerate the API key, but</p>
<p dir="auto">Issue 2:</p>
<p dir="auto">when I try to login to the API site with the login we had “mike@medved.net” it seems that you have changed the login procedure and that is no longer a valid login.  I tried to register a new account but there is no way with a US mobile #.</p>
<p dir="auto">Please advise on both issues.</p>
