  @Moderator_3 The error message shows "LoginbyPassword is not allowed. Please switch to Login by MPIN now." when one uses their registered email address and password to login. The second error message, "Something went wrong, please try after sometime" shows when one uses their registered email address and MPIN, instead of Client ID and MPIN. Maybe, you can change the error message, like "Please enter your Client ID instead of the Email ID" for making it easier to understand.

  The method you are trying to create the TOTP is incorrect. You need to create it via authenticator app. TOTP is a 6 digit integer.
